"I started volunteering at Nice Twice during my sophomore year of high school. When I started, I had no job experience at all and my mom wanted me to gain some for the future. I was very nervous at first, but I soon relaxed thanks to the friendliness and compassion of the other volunteers. I absolutely loved it, and I've been volunteering every Saturday since. My time volunteering has taught me important skills about working in retail and has given me the confidence to seek other jobs in the work force. The independence and responsibility I've learned at Nice Twice has helped me get my driver's licence and start college. Over the past few years, I've made some wonderful friends and memories, and I plan to continue serving at Nice Twice in the future. It's a living, compassionate community, and I can really feel God working here. I would definitely recommend Nice Twice to other students looking for job experience and an opportunity to serve."
